Available for corporate meetings, rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions, luncheons, bridal events, reunions, holiday celebrations and Christmas parties, our banquet facilities allow you to celebrate any occasion as we can easily accommodate from 10-100 people with a wide variety of menu selections to suit your needs.
Our intimate and casual setting is the ideal environment for any gathering. The covered patio area off of the dining room is perfect for additional seating at your event. Our own on-site event coordinator is available to assist you in planning the details of your special occasion.
Once your event is booked, a contract will be prepared outlining the details you have provided. This will need to be reviewed, signed and returned 14 days of booking. If the signed contract is not received, your event date will be released.
In most cases, a deposit will be required to confirm your event, however, the deposit will be deducted from the final charges on the day of the function.
A confirmed number of guests, or ‘guarantee’, must be called in no less than 72 hours (3 business days) prior to your event. Since we will be preparing for the guarantee amount, you will be charged for that number, even if you have fewer guests than confirmed.
We can not allow outside food and beverages to be brought in for your event, however, we will do our best to accommodate any special dietary requests you may have. Exceptions would be an item we are not able to provide, such as a wedding cake.
We stop serving alcohol at midnight Monday through Friday nights and State Law designates no serving any alcohol on Sundays. On Saturday all alcohol must be non-present in the clubhouse by midnight, ‘last call’ is 11:30pm.
Decorations/Music: Please check with the Food & Beverage Manager regarding decorations you would like to provide for your event. We ask that you not use any type of confetti or open flames (candles must be on a stand with a hurricane). Music must end by midnight.

Payment in full is due at then end of your event, either by check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Due to health and liability reasons, leftover food may not be taken from the premises.
By confirming the use of Woodfin Ridge Golf Club, you agree to assume all financial responsibilities for your function as well as liability for any damage or loss of objects or property belonging to Woodfin Ridge Golf Club.
